Edumailing's EduPost - Mail Manager is an email distribution solution that should be used for ‘opt in’ email distribution only. It should not be used for the purposes of ‘SPAM’ and evidence of the system being used for SPAM will result in a possible suspension of the service. Generally, Schools wishing to generate good communications with Home will have the support of parents and will naturally be considered as 'opt in'.

Using Edumailing's EduPost to send out emails to addresses obtained in any way other than a subscriber opting-in to your list may incur a penalty.

General Rules

Emails should only be sent to recipients who have provided prior consent to receiving such emails.

Recipients should always have the option to ‘Opt Out’ or Unsubscribe on every email sent.

When sending emails communications, your identity and contact details should be clear to the recipient.

The guidelines as mentioned above apply to the use of email delivery systems such as Edumailing's EduPost. When a business is applying the EduPost system to known email data which has been supplied with the system or puchased from a known licenced source then it will comply to the regulations on recipient data. However emails should not should not carry defamatory or malicious content.
